Cliffside Apartments

Cliffside Apartments is a newer complex offering large spacious and modern apartments that are fully furnished to make your move to State College easy and comfortable.  The living room and kitchen areas are separated by a large breakfast bar, complete with bar stools, which flows into the living room to provide open space to enjoy relaxed living.  Kitchens include refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave.  The living room is furnished with a full-size sofa, love seat, end table, coffee table and entertainment stand to hold your big screen tv and gaming equipment.  The living room and kitchen have beautiful wood-style floors while the bedrooms are carpeted to provide warmth.  The large bedrooms, which can be single or double occupancy, are equipped with spacious closets, full-size beds, and dressers.  Each bedroom has a separate HVAC system to allow individual climate control as well as a private bathroom with direct entry.  Each apartment is wired so that all rooms have data and cable jacks.  The building has a laundry facility located on each floor as well as a keyed main entry and 24-hour surveillance creating a more secure environment.  Located on South Atherton St, Cliffside Apartments is a short walk to campus and is less than 100 yards from a CATA bus stop.  Onsite parking is also provided.  The goal of Cliffside Apartments is to provide you a safe, clean, quiet, comfortable environment so that you may enjoy your experience at Penn State.
